Park Hill School

At Park Hill School in Redbridge, London, Civio was contracted to deliver a comprehensive infrastructure and groundworks package valued at £350,000, completed within a 20-week programme. The project involved preparing the site for the installation of modular classroom buildings. Our team reduced the ground levels, provided piling attendance, and constructed pile caps and ground beams to support the new structures. We connected the building to both foul and surface water drainage systems and completed the concrete pad foundations to ensure long-term stability. Externally, we built a new parking area finished with precast concrete kerbs and asphalt surfacing, as well as footpaths made from precast concrete paving slabs laid on a cement and sand bed. The works were completed with detailed landscaping, including the creation of planting areas with trees, shrubs, and grassed sections. The project was delivered efficiently, meeting all quality and safety standards, with the client expressing complete satisfaction with the results.
