At Jo Richardson, we successfully delivered a full package of construction and external works that significantly improved the site and left the client very satisfied with the results. The project began with comprehensive site enabling work, ensuring the area was properly prepared for development. This included the removal of over 1,200m³ of soil, followed by site preparation and new paving, providing a stable and durable surface for future use. Our team then laid foundation paths to create a strong structural base, before moving on to the installation of an effective drainage system to ensure long-term protection and water management. To complete the works, we carried out a range of external improvements, including the construction of a new footpath, the installation of a play area, and precise kerb installation.
